All NFT items created pursuant to this Agreement shall also include metadata, which metadata shall include a “description” or similar field sufficient to store the statement “Officially licensed product James Dean, Inc. www.JamesDean.com“ Such metadata may be stored on-chain or off-chain, provided the metadata can be accessed via a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), Uniform Resource Locator (URL), file transfer protocol (FTP), or other manner of data location and retrieval.

When you sign in to your Ethernity account for the first time, a pop-up window will appear asking you to connect your wallet.
Step 1: Select ‘Connect’ on the pop up. Step 2: Select the wallet you would like to connect, we strongly recommend using the MetaMask extension. Step 3: Once selected, a MetaMask window will open with a “Signature request”. Select the correct account then select ‘sign’. Your MetaMask wallet will now be connected to the Ethernity site.
Step 1: Select the desired item. Step 2: Select crypto as the payment method or press ‘Buy Now’. Step 3: You will then be required to approve two transactions:
1.You will be asked to approve the spending of your ERN/ETH tokens.
2.Then you will be able to confirm the transaction.
How do I claim my purchased NFTs?
There are two ways to claim your NFT:
You will receive an email shortly after completing your purchase with a link to claim your aNFT. Click on the link then, click on “Connect the wallet”. You will then be able to claim your aNFT and proceed with the transaction.
Click the ‘My profile’ link on the top right corner of the page. You will see your purchased aNFT in the “My claimable aNFTs” section. Then, click on “Connect the wallet” (if not yet connected), then “Claim your NFT” and proceed with the transaction.
You cannot currently claim an aNFT on Ethernity using a hard wallet.
